Governor of West Java: Land Acquisition Of Getaci Toll Road Has Reached Garut
TASIKMALAYA - West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil stated that land acquisition for the construction of the Gedebage-Tasikmalaya-Cilacap (Getaci) Toll Road has arrived in Garut Regency. It is certain that the construction of the toll road will continue.
"It's just land acquisition, it's only arrived at Garut," said Ridwan Kamil in Tasikmalaya as reported by ANTARA, Tuesday, February 21.
Kang Emil said that the construction of the toll road that stretches from Bandung, Garut, then the City of Tasikmalaya is still ongoing, where currently the development is only in land acquisition in the Garut area.
"So Toll Getaci is continuing, that's the good news," said the man who is familiarly called Kang Emil.
He said that currently the first stage of land acquisition is being carried out for the construction of the Getaci Toll Road in the Garut area, after that, land acquisition will continue to the Tasikmalaya area.
"From Garut, it's definitely Tasik," said the former mayor of Bandung.
Ridwan Kamil confirmed that there is a political will to continue the construction of the toll road, as evidenced by the fact that currently there has been land acquisition in Garut.

The Governor of West Java asked the public to be patient, because, in a matter of the next one or two years, it will penetrate the City of Tasikmalaya.
"Just be patient, in a matter of one or two years, we will get here (Tasikmalaya)," he said.
According to him, the existence of the toll road in Tasikmalaya will have a positive impact on regional development, as is the case for the City of Tasikmalaya because there will be many people's access which will eventually develop the economy.
"Access for people will be incredibly easy, the investment will increase, and pray for the city to continue to be a very creative and economically advanced city," said Kang Emil.
