Java-Bali PSBB Implemented, IIMS Postponed Until March 2021

JAKARTA - The Indonesian International Motor Show, which is scheduled to be held on February 18-28, has to postpone the schedule to March 18-28 2021, due to the government's decision to restrict community activities in Java and Bali from 11-25 January 2021.

"As we previously announced, Dyandra and JIExpo agreed to make a backup plan, we will call it Plan B and C, because the Covid-19 pandemic situation is still volatile and dynamic," said PT Dyandra Promosindo President Director Hendra Noor Saleh in his official statement, reported by Antara, Thursday, January 7.

In this case, Dyandra Promosindo and JIExpo Kemayoran in preparing the Health Protocol with a hybrid exhibition, can be said to have approached the maximum point.

In the event, Dyandra and JIExpo are preparing to control the number of visitors allowed, gangway expansion, visitor traffic that ensures no crowds, cashless application, all-digital to exhibiting equipment and information in the new normal era.

"The decision to limit community activities in January 2021, Dyandra wisely and relievedly shifted the schedule to Plan B for greater interests. We want to be an active part of efforts to prevent Covid-19, especially in DKI Jakarta," he said.

Dyandra Promosindo invites all elements of the nation, especially industry players and the automotive community to remain optimistic and enthusiastic about managing business during this pandemic.

"Dyandra is firm in preparing for the first hybrid automotive exhibition in Indonesia, namely the implementation of the IIMS offline and virtual simultaneously. Our togetherness will accelerate the recovery of the national automotive market," continued Hendra.

Realizing that the situation is still dynamic, Dyandra Promosindo and JIExpo anticipate a condition that is deemed not conducive to holding an exhibition. So Dyandra has prepared a Plan C schedule for IIMS 2021 at JIExpo Kemayoran on April 15-25, 2021.
