Anti-Mafia Land Police Task Force Calls Bripka Mahdi Requesting Clarification
JAKARTA - The Anti-Mafia Land Task Force for Bareskrim Polri Summoned Bripka Mahdi to ask for clarification regarding the public complaint he filed regarding land grabbing.
The Director for General Crimes (Dirtipidum) Bareskrim Polri Brigadier General Djuhandani Rahardjo Puro confirmed the agenda for summoning Bripka Mahdi for clarification.
"The person concerned made a complaint and we plan to clarify the complaint today," Djuhandani said as quoted by ANTARA, Friday, February 10.
An invitation for clarification from Investigator Dittipidum Bareskrim Polri was sent on 8 February. Letter to Bripka Mahdi.
One of the invitation letters for clarification referred to Bripka Mahdi's complaint letter regarding the alleged land grabbing on January 24, 2023.
Due to the existence of this letter, the Anti-Mafia Land Criminal Investigation Task Force of the National Police has received a letter of public complaint from Bripka Mahdi explaining that there was an alleged land grabbing committed by Mulih et al. located in Jatiwarna Village, Pondok Gede District, Bekasi City.
Contacted separately, Yasin Hasan, the lawyer for Bripka Mahdi stated that his client would be present to fulfill the summons of the Anti-Mafia Land Task Force for Bareskrim Polri at 10.00 WIB.
"The plan is for us to attend, Pak Mahdi accompanied by his legal adviser will attend," said Yasin.

According to Yasin, after providing clarification to investigators, his party will also submit a complaint to Propam Polri regarding the statements of an official and investigator at Polda Metro Jaya.
"Yes, the report to Propam is related to the official statement from Polda Metro Jaya and the investigators," said Yasin.
The case of Bripka Mahdi, a member of the Jatinegara Police Provos, became the public spotlight, causing the hashtag "police extorts police". This case stems from a land dispute belonging to Bripka Mahdi, but he admits that he was blackmailed by fellow police investigators if his land dispute case report was willing to be taken care of.
The Bripka Mahdi land dispute case has been reported to Polda Metro Jaya since 2011.
