YOGYAKARTA – The existence of an e-catalog certainly makes it easier for owners of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), especially in running a business and marketing their products. Unfortunately, not many SMEs are aware of this system. Then what is e-catalog?
What is E-Catalog
Reporting from the official LKPP website, e-catalog is an online shopping application developed by the Government Goods/Services Procurement Policy Institute (LKPP). In general, the application contains various kinds of products from various commodities needed by the Government.
E-catalogs can also be interpreted as LKPP electronic systems whose contents contain business information, prices, and other information related to providers of goods or services required by the Government. The application will help classify various types of goods and service providers according to their respective specifications.

How to Register E-Catalog
For MSMEs who want to register their business in the e-catalog, there are a number of steps that must be taken, namely as follows.
- SPSE Registration
- Registration is done through the SPSE application by selecting SPSE in the nearest city (check information on the official Inaproc website);
- Register e-mail;
- Wait for the registration confirmation sent to the email;
- After that confirm the registration email;
- Fill in the registration form;
- Verify the registration file at LPSE;
- Activate the LPSE Verifier User ID and password;
- Once finished, log in to the SPSE application by entering the SPSE User ID and password that was created previously;
- Complete the provider data in the Attitude Application (Provider Performance Information System).
- Review of Completeness of Qualifications at SIKAP
The attitude of managing data and information regarding the qualifications of business actors and the performance history of goods/services providers. The login process is done at sikap.lkpp.go.id.
- Perform Product Type Registration
Register the types of products announced according to the category by logging in to the ikpp go.id e-catalog.
- Verification Process
The verification process includes several things, namely as follows.
- Product Announcements
- Registration According to Product Type
- Administration and Qualification Verification
- Technical and/or Price Verification
- Fill out the Price Statement Form
- Determination of Verification Results
- Engagement and Display
- E-Purchasing
After all processes have been passed, the business actor has become part of the provider in procuring e-catalogs. In addition, business actors are also able to transact with Procurement Officials and Commitment Making Officials.
