Intention To Sell Heritage, Tamara Bleszynski's Family Hotel Instead Became A Dispute

The death of Tamara Bleszynski's father, Zbigniew Bleszynski, in 2001 left a hotel in the Puncak area, Bogor for her children. Tamara had uploaded a brochure for the sale of the Bukit Indah Hotel which was in Puncak, West Java on December 17, 2022.

However, her father's legacy is actually a problem that Tamara now has to face. The problem from the hotel was seen by Tamara's attorney, Djohansyah, regarding the lawsuit filed by Ryszard Bleszynski kr on her client on suspicion of default.

Djohansyah did not agree if his client was deemed not to care about the hotel inherited from his father, as Ryszard said so far. "Nine dozen years Tamara was never invited, 19 years never involved in anything," he told the media crew at the South Jakarta District Court (PN) on Tuesday, January 31.

Because he was never involved in managing his father's legacy business, the lawyer felt it made no sense that his client was deemed indifferent, especially accused of asking for dividends (parts of profits).

Another thing that Tamara said was asking for dividends, where is the legal logic? Is it called asking for dividends, whether invited or not, how do you want to ask for dividends. Tamara said that she asked for dividends, not invited," he said.

Djohansyah himself said that Tamara had heirs to the hotel in Puncak, even though the 48-year-old actress was never involved in managing the hotel business. However, Tamara's lawyer refused various certificates that arose and harmed her client.

"How is it possible that 19-year-old Tamara was never properly invited but there were deeds arising. We will definitely sue the deed, how can it arise," he said.

On Ryszard's lawsuit against Tamara, Djohansyah appealed to the plaintiff to attend the mediation trial at the South Jakarta District Court.

Talking about the deed, I urge the plaintiff, let's sit in mediation later. This mediation should be attended by the principal. Our client has confirmed that mediation will be present later. So we ask the principal (the plaintiff) to also be present, not only his attorney," he said.

"Let's sit together, we forget business, we sit quietly in good condition," he concluded.
