JAKARTA - A man with the initials M (33) who was found in a ditch on Jalan Pesanggrahan Raya, South Jakarta, turned out to be a cadre of the South Tangerang PDIP Party. This information was confirmed directly by the Chairman of the PDI-P Tangsel DPC, Wanto Sugito.
