Next Week, 2 Bribes Of Supreme Court Justice Sudrajad Dimyati Were Tried At The Bandung Corruption Court
Yosep Parera and Eko Suparno, who are lawyers for alleged bribery in case management at the Supreme Court (MA), will soon be tried.
The file of the bribe of the inactive Supreme Court Judge Sudrajad Dimyati has been transferred to the Bandung Corruption Court.
"The KPK prosecutor team has finished handing over the case files of Theodorus Y Parera and colleague to the Bandung Corruption Court," said Head of the KPK News Section Ali Fikri to reporters, Friday, January 12.
Ali said the two would be tried on Wednesday, January 18. "The indictment was also submitted either to the Bandung District Court or to the suspects," he said.
Both were charged with giving bribes. The KPK asked the public to continue to monitor the trial of these two bribers.
"The inaugural trial will be held on Wednesday, January 18 at the Bandung Corruption Court. The progress will be conveyed," said Ali.
Previously, Sudrajad was named a suspect in connection with accepting bribes in order to win a civil lawsuit at the Semarang District Court. The submission is related to the activities of the Intidana Savings and Loans Cooperative.
Apart from Sudrajad, the KPK has also named Yustial Judge or substitute clerk Elly Tri Pangestu (ETP); two state civil servants (ASN) at the Supreme Court Committee Desy Yustria (DY) and Muhajir Habibie (MH); and two ASNs at MA Nurmanto Akmal (NA) and Albasri (AB) as suspects.
Then, the other suspects are lawyer Yosep Parera (YP) and Eko Suparno (ES) as well as Debiter of Intidana Savings and Loans Cooperative Heryanto Tanaka (HT), and Debtor of Savings and Loans Cooperative Ivan Dwi Kusuma Sujanto (IDKS).
In this case, Yosep and Eko gave money for KSP Intidana to be declared bankrupt. Both of them handed over 205,000 Singapore dollars or IDR 2.2 billion to Desy. Furthermore, Desy received IDR 250 million from the whole.
Next, Muhajir received IDR 850 million and Elly received IDR 100 million. Finally, Sudrajad received IDR 800 million which was received from the party representing him.
