Strong Ma'ruf And Ricky Rizal Street The Audit Session Of The Defendant Today

JAKARTA - The defendants Strong Ma'ruf and Ricky Rizal or Bripka RR are again undergoing trial in the murder case of Brigadier J today, Monday, January 9.

Citing the Case Tracking Information System (SIPP) page of the South Jakarta District Court (PN), it is stated that both of them will undergo trial with the agenda of examining the defendant.

"The trial schedule is Monday, January 9, 2023 at 09.30 WIB," wrote the SIPP page of the South Jakarta District Court, Monday, January 9.

Strong Ma'ruf and Ricky Rizal had previously undergone a trial with the agenda of presenting a mitigating expert witness. Both of them presented criminal expert witnesses.

The two of them were jointly charged with premeditated murder against Brigadier J.

Strong Ma'ruf and Ricky Rizal are suspected of helping the process of planning and not thwarting malicious intent or reporting the murder that occurred at Ferdy Sambo's official residence at the Police Complex, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta, on July 8.

In this case, there were five defendants, namely, Ferdy Sambo, Putri Candrawathi, Bharada E, Strong Ma'ruf, and Ricky Rizal.

The five were charged with violating Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 Paragraph (1) of the 1st Criminal Code. They face a maximum sentence of death, life imprisonment or a maximum of 20 years.
