Civil Servant Health Service Found Dead In The Contract

JAKARTA - The South Jakarta Metro Police evacuated the body of a female civil servant (PNS) at her rented Jalan Asem II, Cipete Selatan Village, Cilandak District, South Jakarta, Friday, December 25.

Kapolsek Metro Cilandak AKP Iskandarsyah said the victim was named Afrima Yanti, age 46, having her KTP address at Jalan Cililitan Besar RT 07 / RW 09 Kelurahan Cililitan Besar, Kramat Jati District, East Jakarta.

"According to the testimonies of witnesses, the deceased worked as a civil servant in the health department, but we are still investigating which city it was in," said AKP Iskandarsyah.

Iskandarsyah said that the temporary suspicion was that the deceased had died due to illness. Because there were no signs of violence on his body.

When he was found his body was lying on his back and his mouth was foamy. Based on the testimony of a number of witnesses, the chronology of the discovery of the deceased's body occurred at around 08.30 WIB.

The first witness, the chairman of RT 013, Ahmad Kosasih, had seen anomalies before the body of the deceased was in the rented room located on Jalan Asem II Gg.H Achpas RT013 / RW 02 No.9 D.

Iskandarsyah said that when witness Kosasih returned from the regional patrol at 03.00 WIB, he saw that the lights of Aprima Yanti's rented room were still on.

"The lights in his room were still on, while his cell phone alarm kept ringing," said Iskandarsyah, repeating witness statements.

Then at around 5:35 a.m., a vegetable craftsman who had been a customer of the deceased came to deliver the vegetables he ordered.

The greengrocer knocked on the door of his rented house, but the deceased did not answer the call.

Many times he was called, the deceased did not answer, until finally the vegetable seller left the order of the deceased with Hajah Mahampang, the landlord.

A few hours later, at around 08.00 WIB, witness Ade Rahmawati (son of the landlord) tried to deliver the vegetables belonging to the deceased who had been deposited earlier.

Witness Ade again knocked and called the deceased who was believed to be in the room. However, the deceased still did not respond to calls.

Because he was suspicious, witness Ade reported this to Kosasih (Head of RT). Then the witnesses tried to open the window of the deceased's rented room to find out.

"When the window was opened, the witness saw that the victim was in a supine position and his mouth was spitting foam," said Iskandarsyah.

Because the witnesses thought the victim had died, they then reported the incident to the Cilandak Police for further action.

Iskandarsyah said, the temporary suspicion that the victim died due to illness.

Based on witness testimony, the last time he saw the deceased was on Wednesday, December 23, 2020 at around 15.30 WIB.

"From the results of the initial examination, there were no signs of injuries from the abuse. It is suspected that the victim died due to illness," said Iskandarsyah.

The deceased lives alone in her rented house and efforts to evacuate the body of the deceased from her contract are carried out using health protocol procedures to anticipate the spread of COVID-19.

"The checking process from the Puskesmas is with the COVID-19 procedure," said Iskandarsyah.
