Terima Kompensasi BBM Triwulan III 2022 Senilai Rp98 Triliun, Direktur Pertamina Nicke Widyawati Apresiasi Pemerintah

PT Pertamina (Persero) received fuel oil compensation (BBM) for the third quarter of 2022 amounting to IDR 98.77 trillion (including taxes) or IDR 85.15 trillion (excluding taxes) from the government through the Ministry of Finance.

The funds are compensation for the difference in the selling price of formulas and retail selling prices at gas stations for the distribution of certain types of fuel (JBT) in Solar and Special Assignment Fuel Types (JBKP), Pertalite whose value has been reviewed by the Inspectorate of the Ministry of Finance (Itjen Kemenkeu).

Pertamina President Director Nicke Widyawati appreciated the government's efforts to accelerate the payment of compensation for BB that Pertamina had distributed during the third quarter of 2022.

"The compensation fund has entered the company's treasury and this is a form of the Government's full support for Pertamina to maintain the sustainability of subsidized fuel operational services and support capital working and improve the company's financial ratios," Nicke said in a statement to the media quoted Monday, January 2.

Nicke also appreciated the government's full support for Pertamina in maintaining the sustainability of fuel distribution, including running the One Price Fuel program.

On the same occasion, Nicke also invited the public to be wise in using energy and starting to consume fuel that is more environmentally friendly as a form of community support to the Government.

Nicke further revealed Pertamina's efforts to ensure that subsidized fuel can be enjoyed by the people who are entitled.

First, Pertamina develops an alert system that sends exception signals that are monitored directly from the Pertamina command center.

This exception signal sends unreasonable transaction data, for example filling over 200 liters of diesel for one motorized vehicle or filling PSO fuel to vehicles that do not enter vehicle registration numbers.

Second, the program to strengthen digitalization facilities and facilities at gas stations. As a result, more and more gas stations are connected to Pertamina's digitalization system, making monitoring and monitoring easier.

Third, Pertamina continues to increase cooperation with Law Enforcement Officials (APH) to increase supervision and prosecution of subsidized fuel abuse activities that are not in accordance with its designation.

Fourth, Pertamina encourages people to register for the Proper Subsidy Program via the website to identify consumers who are entitled to and monitor consumption of JBT Solar and JBKP Pertalite.

Pertamina also continues to provide operational cost efficiency, both at the Holding and Subholding levels.

As of November 2022, the realization of the cost efficiency program at Pertamina Group has reached US$670.28 million or around Rp9.92 trillion.
