Previously, an East Jakarta Satpol PP personnel named Norman became a victim of stabbing by a PMKS on Jalan Tengah, Pasar Rebo, on Thursday, December 15, at around 10.30 WIB.

East Jakarta Satpol PP Head Budhy Novian said the chronology of the stabbing began when his members saw a scavenger sitting on the side of the road carrying a knife tucked around his waist.

"Witnesses and victims got off the motorbike and approached the perpetrator and reprimanded him not to sit on the side of the road above the water channel (drainase). Suddenly the perpetrator immediately stood up and was angry asking the victim and witness to leave the location," said Budhy Novian in Jakarta, Thursday, December 15.

When the victim approached and reminded the perpetrator then suddenly the perpetrator stood up and took out a knife that was on the right side of the waist while swinging it.

Furthermore, the victim who tried to defend himself took a wooden block and tried to drop the knife carried by the perpetrator.

However, because the victim's efforts were unsuccessful, he and the witness immediately arrested the perpetrator by holding the perpetrator's neck.

Furthermore, the Police, assisted by Satpol PP and residents, managed to secure the perpetrator at the T-junction of H Hasan Street, Baru Village, Pasar Rebo, and then taken to the Pasar Rebo Police Headquarters for further investigation.
