Jasa Marga Remembers The Community Make Sure The E-Toll Saldo Is Sufficient When You Have A Christmas And New Year's Holiday

President Director of PT Jasa Marga Tollroad Operator Yoga Tri Anggoro appealed to people who will travel during the 2022 Christmas and 2023 New Year holidays (Nataru 2022/2023) to ensure sufficient electronic toll card balance (e-toll).

"Make sure the e-toll balance is sufficient, this is important because when the e-toll balance is not sufficient, there will be disruptions at the toll gate and this of course will cause congestion at the toll gate. Our top up locations have been provided at the rest area, but it would be even better, please prepare the balance before entering the toll road," he explained, quoted from Antara, Friday, December 16.

Yoga also appealed to road users to prepare for their journey to run smoothly, namely by checking the condition of the vehicle.

"Plan travel, follow the directions of officers in the field because we have prepared scenarios for traffic. Please support road users to comply with the officers' directions," he added.

Then, road users can also contact the Jasa Marga Group call center in 14080 if they experience a number of obstacles and want to make a complaint.

Yoga also invites road users to use the Travoy application because it has a push notification feature, namely that users get notifications related to traffic constraints, travel disruptions, floods to contra flow info.

Jasa Marga predicts that the peak flow of the 2022 Christmas homecoming will occur on Friday (12/23/2022) and New Year's 2023 on Friday (30/12/2022).

Meanwhile, the prediction for the peak of Christmas return flow will occur on Sunday (12/25/2022) and the return flow of the New Year on January 1, 2023, with the prediction of vehicles leaving Jabodetabek through four main toll gates (GT) of 2.73 million vehicles, an increase of 2.6 percent compared to Nataru 2021/2022 of 2.6 million.
