Minister Sandiaga's Advice: Christmas And New Year's Holidays To Indonesia Only

Minister of Tourism and Creative Economy Sandiaga Salahuddin Uno invited the public to travel in Indonesian territory only ahead of the Christmas and New Year holidays.

Starting from super priority destinations, to villages that are currently one of the favorites for travelers.

"Yesterday we launched Proud to Travel in Indonesia. Where we show the advantages of tourist destinations that Indonesia has," said Sandiaga Uno, Thursday, December 15.

Sandiaga Uno said that his party appealed to always be ready to travel. Recently, natural disasters have occurred in a number of areas in Indonesia, one of which is an earthquake.

According to Sandiaga Uno, with the preparedness of tourists, especially tourism managers from disasters, it can later create a safe, comfortable and fun holiday atmosphere to welcome Nataru's holiday.

"We urge preparedness, of course there is a change in the weather there is a threat to disaster, stay alert. Make sure your tours are safe, comfortable and fun," said Sandiaga Uno.

In addition, Sandiaga Uno also stated that domestic and foreign tourists do not need to be afraid to travel in Indonesia.

As is known, some time ago there had been an unpleasant issue related to the passing of the Criminal Law (KUHP) related to the crime of adultery or the relationship of status without marriage.

The former Deputy Governor of DKI emphasized that the privacy realm of tourists is safe. So there is no need to doubt to keep visiting and traveling in Indonesia without any fear or threats due to the existence of the law.

"Never worry, we roll out a red carpet for tourists, so that our target to achieve foreign tourists is in accordance with President Joko Widodo's instructions, we will make it happen more," explained Sandiaga Uno.
