Viral Video Curhat Aipda Aksan Bongkar Bobrok Leader At The Palopo Police, South Sulawesi Police: Propam Has Invested
TANA TORAJA - Viral video of a member of the Tana Toraja Police Bimnas Aipda Aksan who asked the National Police Chief Listyo Sigit Prabowo to take firm action against allegations of corrupt practices in the Polri institution. He admitted that he was transferred from the Palopo Police to the Tana Toraja Police for dismantling the actions of the leader who was suspected of corruption in official vehicles, fuel and others.
The South Sulawesi Regional Police (Polda) immediately responded to the video which went viral on social media. They denied the case.
"We can clarify the viral video that the words are not true. Propam has conducted an investigation, we have summoned the person concerned for questioning," said Head of Public Relations of the South Sulawesi Police, Kombes Komang Suartana, in Makassar, as reported by Antara, Saturday, December 3.
Komang said, based on the results of the examination, all the words from Aipda Aksan were not proven true. He also said that he had clarified his remarks which had already been widely circulated on social media.
Komang revealed that he had a bad record because he had committed a disciplinary violation in 2012 and had been convicted.
"In fact, in 2017 the person concerned had committed a violation of taking a vehicle and it had been processed and received a warning. Sanctions for disciplinary violations were given during the trial and the person concerned was detained for 21 days in special detention," he explained.
Then in 2021, he said, the person concerned committed a violation of the vehicle auction, but did not receive a unit so he reported the Head of Subdivision of Sapras.
"So, the results of the note were obtained that it was revealed that the person concerned made his own opinion regarding what was made in the video on social media," he said.
Regarding the statement that the person concerned was transferred from the Palopo Police to the Tana Toraja Police Station by accusing the Police Chief AKBP Alfian Nurnas of alleged corruption in the Palopo Police's official vehicle, cutting the fuel oil (BBM) for personnel, and so on is still under investigation.
"For the statement concerned with the Palopo Police Chief, we will investigate later. For the sanctions concerned, we are waiting for the results of the examination," he said.
