It is known that the KPK has named Sutikno and Herry Jung as suspects in the development of a bribery case related to permits and property in Cirebon Regency. The KPK has not detained the two of them even though they were named suspects on November 15, 2019.

In the construction of the case, it was stated that the suspect Herry Jung allegedly gave bribes of Rp. 6.04 billion to the 2014-2019 Cirebon Regent Sunjaya Purwadisastra related to the licensing of PT Cirebon Energi Prasarana PLTU 2 in Cirebon Regency from the initial promise of Rp. 10 billion.

Furthermore, the suspect, Sutikno, is suspected of paying Rp4 billion in bribes to Sunjaya in connection with the permits of PT Kings Property.

The case in Cirebon Regency began with the KPK's hand-arrest operation (OTT) on October 24, 2018.

In the OTT, the KPK secured evidence of Rp116 million in cash and proof of deposits to an account totaling Rp6.4 billion and named two suspects, namely Sunjaya and former Secretary of the Cirebon Regency PUPR Service Gatot Rachmanto.

Both have been convicted by the Corruption Court at the Bandung District Court.

The development of this case is the development of the second case after previously the KPK on 4 October 2019 determined Sunjaya to be a suspect in the Crime of Money Laundering (TPPU) with a total revenue of around Rp. 51 billion.
