Jermaine Franklin Offered Millions Of Dollars Against Joshua, The Terms Are Playing Dillian Whyte
JAKARTA - Jermaine Franklin gets a motivational shot ahead of the fight against Dillian Whyte, this weekend. He was offered a fight with Anthony Joshua if he was able to beat Whyte.
The offer was more tempting because of the huge pay. Franklin can earn millions of dollars if he can make his meeting with the boxer from England.
"If you win this fight, you get Anthony Joshua's fight," promoter Eddie Hearn told Franklin, as quoted by The Sun, Thursday, November 24.
"AJ wants to fight Dillian Whyte. Maybe that's one for the future. But for you to come as an American to beat Britons in London, you will get that fight, and you will make millions of dollars."
"So all you have to do is go through this guy to make millions of dollars," Hearn continued.
Franklin doesn't seem to want to be divided into focus on the offer. The 29-year-old boxer will only think about Hearn's words after winning Whyte.
Whyte himself faced this fight by bringing defeat to WBC champion Tyson Fury in April. The second consecutive defeat could be a disaster for the boxer nicknamed Bri wayton's Body Snatcher.
"There is no pressure on me. I am a lion who is injured at this time. So that's why these people jumped and bated. What they forgot was, I might be injured, but I'm still a lion," he said.
