3 Tips For Celebrating Coupled Sexual Life According To Expert Recommendations
JAKARTA - Doctor Boyke Dian Nugraha's sexologist provides three tips so that married couples living in urban areas or urban people still have passionate sexual lives even though they have to do busy work every day.
"First of all, husband and wife both schedule plans for sex on certain days. When that day is kept, there is no overtime, no fatigue, and no other busyness," Boyke said in Jakarta, Thursday.
Husbands and wives who are busy having a career, according to Boyke, will find it difficult to live their sexual lives without a planned schedule together. The second tip is that married couples must have a valuable day without having to think about or be busy with work assignments.
"Take leave. There must be a second, third, fourth, and so on honeymoon. Don't pretend to be a great employee who never takes leave," he said.
The last recipe is that urban people must maintain their appearance and adopt a healthy lifestyle so that sex arousal does not decrease. According to Boyke, an unhealthy lifestyle with lack of exercise intensity, smoking, consuming alcohol, lack of sleep or rest, and stress that is increasingly common will cause sexual disorders such as decreased sex drive, erectile dysfunction, and even impotence.
