COVID-19 Update As of October 30: The Most New Cases 2,717 DKI Jakarta Followed by East Java
JAKARTA - The Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) released the latest additional positive cases of COVID-19 as of today. A total of 37,104 specimens were examined with the results of 2,717 new positive cases of COVID-19.
"The total accumulation of positive cases since COVID-19 was discovered in Indonesia has reached 6,490,622 and active cases have decreased by 796 cases to 24,544 cases", said Ministry of Health data, Sunday, October 30.
Today's recovered cases increased by 1,895 cases, bringing the total to 6,307,481 recovered people. Then, there were 26 positive confirmed deaths and a total of 158,597 people.
The province with the highest number of new cases was DKI Jakarta with 1,081 cases and a total of 1,446,963 cases. East Java with 402 new cases with a total of 612,847 cases. West Java has 328 new cases and a total of 1,188,864 cases. Then, Banten with 182 new cases and a total of 342,207 cases.
The province with the most recovered cases today belongs to DKI Jakarta with an additional 720 recovered cases. Followed by East Java with an increase of 379 recovered, South Sulawesi with 197 recovered and West Java with an additional 148 recovered.

In addition, the number of specimens that have been examined using RT-PCR, TCM, and antigens reached 110,403,412.
"Positive results per number of people examined or the positivity rate of people this week is 10.3 percent", it wrote.
The number of people suspected of contracting COVID-19 or currently categorized as suspected cases is 2,532. Currently, 34 provinces have had cases of COVID-19.
To date, 205,138,366 people have received the first dose of COVID-19 vaccination and 171,873,021 people have received the second dose of vaccination. While the third dose of vaccination was 65,005,653 and the fourth dose was 666,537. Meanwhile, the target for vaccination in Indonesia is 234,666,020 people.
