Bloober Team Says Silent Hill 2 Has Reached Final Stage of Development
JAKARTA - At last week's Silent Hill Transmission event, Konami has revealed a series of new projects from the upcoming Silent Hill game.
One of the announcements is the title of the game Silent Hill Remake 2. The remake developed by Konami and the Bloober team is reportedly in the final stages of development.
Based on a report from The Game Spoof, Bloober Team President Piotr Babeno revealed during GPW Innovation Day that the three-year-old Silent Hill 2 has reached its final production stage.
He also said that his team is currently polishing various elements of the game before finally rolling it out to players.

Talking about the game's release date, Babeno emphasized that it is entirely up to Konami, but he said that the Japanese game studio will confirm it soon.
In addition, Babeno also revealed that the budget for making Silent Hill Remake 2 was fully borne by Konami.
This Silent Hill 2 remake will retell the story of James looking for his late wife, who sent him to a mysterious place called Silent Hill.
Previously, Konami and Bloober have also promised games completely reworked using this new technology will ship in 4K resolution.
Not to forget, Sony revealed that the game, which is in development for the PC and PlayStation 5, will have temporary console exclusivity for one year when it is released.
