DVR CCTV Police Complex Duren Tiga Taken Before Handing Over To Puslabfor
JAKARTA In the trial of the Obstruction of Justice case of the shooting of Brigadier J, witness Aditya from the Director of Police gave information that he came to the Duren Tiga Police Complex in South Jakarta based on a team order to examine digital evidence, CCTV DVR, related to the shooting of Brigadier J.
"We are on duty at the Dirtipidsiber Polri, we were ordered by Timsus to examine the digital barbuk (evidence) in connection with the Yosua case." explained witness Aditya during the trial, Wednesday, October 25.
Aditya said that he received information that the CCTV that the Puslabfor Bareskrim was checking was empty, there was no data.
"The data is not available and cannot be accessed. From that basis, we conducted an investigation, I immediately communicated with Mr. Marjuki. " he said.
In giving testimony, Aditya explained that he received information from Marjuki that the DVR/CCTV cardboard box was still at the security post of the Duren Tiga Police Complex.
Mr. Marjuki informed me, sir, the CCTV box is still stored at the security post. From the bottom of the box, I confirmed to Kompol Heri's examiner at the Puslabfor to match the evidence. From there we can identify those directed to the Puslabfor and at the security post are the same. Because at first everyone said they didn't know."
The judge questioned a number of questions from witness Aditya regarding where the DVR was located apart from the Duren Tiga Complex. Facing this question, witness Aditya said that the Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the South Jakarta Police, AKBP Ridwan Soplanit ( while serving).
"It's in Mr. Soplanit." Aditya short.
The prosecutor had asked witness Aditya about when the 3 DVRs and hard drives at the security post were lost.
"As far as we know, the information from Mr. Marjuki (lost) on Saturday 9th." he replied.
