JAKARTA - Former Inter Milan midfielder Radja Nainggolan has come to an end sooner.

The Belgian club suspended a 34-year-old "without time" after he was caught on camera smoking on the bench when his team lost to Standard Liege 0-3.

"We have spoken to him about certain situations and we have decided to remove him from the team indefinitely due to behavior that reflects the team's negative image,"okorterp said in a statement after the midfielder was caught smoking vape.

Nainggolan, who left Serie A this summer after playing last season on loan at Cagliari from Inter, signed a two-season contract with the Belgian club.

Speaking to France Football last year, the midfielder said he was "a normal person, not a bad boy" and he believed "a footballer should be allowed to smoke".

Meanwhile, Marc Wilmots, Belgium coach at Euro 2016, did not hide the habit of players who still have Indonesian blood.

"Yes, Radja smokes. It's a habit and a lot of people do it in France and Italy. I wouldn't stop it if it was what he needed," he told Sporza.be.
