Hotma Sitompul Asks Police To Use A Heart To Respond To Lesti Kejora's Decree To Withdraw Reports

JAKARTA - Rizky Billar's attorney, Hotma Sitompul, will continue to try to prevent his client from being detained regarding his determination as a suspect in a case of alleged domestic violence (KDRT).

He emphasized that domestic violence reports do not have to lead to prison terms. Lesti's goal is to report, according to Hotma, actually to deter her husband.

"The wife reports domestic violence, it doesn't always mean she hopes that her husband is arrested and detained," said Hotma at the South Jakarta Metro Police, Friday, October 13.

Hotma asked the police to think heavily about the domestic violence report. This is because the party concerned has withdrawn the report.
