7 Teens Involved In The Murder Of A Vocational High School Student In Sukabumi
JAKARTA - A total of seven teenagers were detained by the Sukabumi Police Investigation and Criminal Unit (Satreskrim) in connection with the murder of a vocational high school student in the Cibadak District, Sukabumi Regency, West Java.
"Based on the results of the investigation and development of the alleged murder of a vocational student in the Cibadak sub-district, on Saturday (October 8), we managed to arrest seven suspects, four of whom are minors," said Sukabumi Police Chief AKBP Dedy Dharmawansyah, as reported by Antara, Wednesday 12 October.
According to information gathered from the police, the attack that ended in murder began when the main perpetrator, namely DN (18) invited RA (19), and AM (18), and four other minors to plan to remove the graffiti written by the Captain (the victim's school nickname) on Saturday, October 8, at around 01.00 WIB in Pasar Village, Karangtengah Village, Cibadak District.
When they arrived at the location, it turned out that the graffiti was guarded by the victim and his colleagues. The victim immediately fled after seeing the gang of perpetrators trying to attack him with sharp weapons.
However, the victim who was left behind by his partner was finally caught by DN. Without further ado, the perpetrators slashed the victim, with sickles on the shoulders and stomach. The victim died at the scene.

According to Dedy, the motives of the suspects in attacking students were because they were hurt because they often got bullied by the victim, so DN invited six of his colleagues to attack.
The evidence seized were a sickle and katana, the victim's shirt with blood stains on it, the perpetrator's red batik shirt, the victim's training pants, a motorcycle, and others.
"We arrested the suspects in their respective hiding places and are still developing the case and coordinating with the correctional center (Bapas) because the four suspects are underage," he added.
The perpetrator was charged with article 80 paragraph 3 in conjunction with article 7c of the Protection Act and or article 385 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with article 55 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with article 56 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with UURI No. 11 of 2012 concerning the Juvenile Criminal Justice System, with the threat of imprisonment for a minimum of four years and a maximum 15 years and a maximum fine of IDR3 billion.
