Ferdy Sambo Is Handed Over To South Jakarta Prosecutor's Office Next Wednesday
JAKARTA - The National Police has decided that the process of transferring the suspects, including Ferdy Sambo, together with evidence in the case of premeditated murder and obstruction of justice, Brigadier J, will be carried out the day after tomorrow or Wednesday, October 5.
The Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police, Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo, said that the determination of the schedule for the second stage of the transfer was based on the agreement of the Criminal Investigation Police investigators.
"The second phase of the delegation will be carried out on Wednesday, October. The latest information is from the investigators," said Inspector General Dedi when confirmed, Monday, October 3.
With this decision, it means that the schedule for the transfer of the suspects and evidence has been delayed for two days. Because, at the beginning of the case files for the two Ferdy Sambo cases were declared complete, the National Police planned to carry out phase two today or Monday, October 3.
However, the location for the transfer will not change. Later, the transfer procession will still be carried out at the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police.
"In Bareskrim (delegation process, ed)," said Dedi.
The Attorney General's Office (AGO) stated that the case files for the premeditated murder case of Brigadier J for the five suspects were complete or P21. Even with the case of obstruction of justice.
In the case of the premeditated murder of Brigadier J, there are five suspects. They are Ferdy Sambo, Putri Chandrawahti, Bripka Ricky Rizal, Bharada Richard Eliezer, and Strong Ma'ruf.
They were charged with Article 340 subsidiary 338 of the Criminal Code in conjunction with Article 55 paragraph (1) and Article 56 of the Criminal Code.

Then, in the case of obstruction of justice, seven people were named as suspects. They are Ferdy Sambo, Brigadier General Hendra Kurniawan, Kombes Agus Nur Patria, Commissioner Chuck Putranto, Commissioner Baiquni Wibowo, AKBP Arif Rachman Arifin, and AKP Irfan Widyanto.
They are suspected of violating Article 49 in conjunction with Article 33 and/or Article 48 paragraph 1 in conjunction with Article 32 paragraph (1) Number 19 of 2016 UU ITE. In addition, they were also charged with Article 55 paragraph (1) and/or Article 221 paragraph (1) 2 and/or Article 233 of the Criminal Code.
Meanwhile, National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo said that the suspects in the two cases would be shown first before being transferred to the AGO. The reason, it is one of the procedures that must be done.
"Yes, indeed the procedure is like that (the suspects are shown, ed)," said General Sigit.
