Ada Indikasi Sabotase Di Network Pipa Nord Stream, Sekjen NATO: Akan Ditanggapi Dengan Tegas
JAKARTA - NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said on Thursday intentional attacks on allied infrastructure would receive a definite response, following what he called a "sabotage" measure on the Nord Stream pipeline.
"All available information at this time suggests that this is the result of intentional, reckless, and irresponsible acts of sabotage," NATO said in a statement.
"We, as the Allies, have committed to preparing, obstructing, and defending ourselves from the use of energy by force and other hybrid tactics by state and non-state actors," the statement continued.
"Any intentional attack against the Allied critical infrastructure will be met with a united and firm response," NATO stressed.
It is known that several leaks in the Nord Stream 1 and 2 gas pipeline network in the Baltic Sea near Denmark and Sweden occurred earlier this week.
Russia through Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov denied their allegations of involvement, calling it a stupid and unreasonable thing.
