It's The Turn Of The Former Head Of Criminal Investigation Unit Of The South Jakarta Police Who Has Been Investigated By The National Police In The Aftermath Of Ferdy Sambo's 'Ulah'

JAKARTA - Former Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the South Jakarta Metro Police, AKBP Ridwan Rheky Nellson Soplanit, became a member of the National Police who was ethically tried today. He is suspected of being unprofessional in the series of cases of Nopriiansyah Joshua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J.

"Today's trial is KKEP, a suspected violator of AKBP RS," said Karo Penmas of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Brigadier General Ahmad Ramadhan to reporters, Thursday, September 29.

However, so far it has not been detailed about the actual role of AKBP Ridwan Soplanit in the case that named Ferdy Sambo as a suspect.

Although, it was widely heard that he was said to be one of several unprofessional police officers in the early process of the murder case of Brigadier J.

So far, the former Head of Criminal Investigation Unit of the South Jakarta Police is only a suspected violator because he is not professional in carrying out his duties.

"The form of alleged unprofessional acts in carrying out their duties," said Ramadhan.

AKBP Ridwan Soplanit's actions are suspected of violating Article 13 paragraph 1 of Government Regulation number 1 of 2003 in conjunction with Article 5 paragraph 1 letter b, Article 6 paragraph 1 letter d, Article 10 paragraph 2 letter a perpol number 7 of 2022 concerning the professional code of ethics and the Police code of ethics commission.

So far, dozens of members of the National Police have been tried internally in the aftermath of the Brigadier J case. They are Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, Kompol Chuck Putranto, Kompol Baiquni Wibowo, and Kombes Agus Nur Patria

Then, AKP Dyah Chandrawati, AKBP Pujiyarto, AKBP Jerry Raymond Siagian, Bharada Sadam, Brigadier Frilliyan, and Brigadier Firman Dwi Ariyanto.

There are also Brigadier Sigid Mukti Hanggono, First Brigadier Januar Arifin, Idham Fadilah, Iptu Hardista Pramana Tampubolon, Ipda Arsyad Daiva Gunawan, AKBP Raindra Ramadhan Syah, and Kombes Murbani Budi Pitono.
