Damage To Customer Packages With A Lot Of Graffiti, J&T Muffler
JAKARTA - On social media Twitter, complaints emerged from customers whose packages were damaged by the J&T Express courier. The package contains a jersey ball purchased from the Persib Official Store located in Bandung, West Java and sent to Jakarta.
This complaint was submitted by an account with the name @bobotohcikarang. He asked J&T Express as the freight forwarding service company used to control the courier. This is because the package was accepted with a damaged state.

This account also uploaded a photo depicting the condition of the package. The package was torn and there were many writings. Like 'Hello, this is Jakarta, not Bandung', '#jakemoyoran, and various other issues.
"@jntexpressid please bring order to its employees. Not everything is related to football," wrote the account, quoted on Tuesday, September 20.
In response to this, Public Relations J&T Express flat said that his party had already checked in the field regarding the complaint.
Furthermore, dressy said the behavior was not in accordance with the standard professionalism of work that had been set and related individuals would be given strict sanctions in the form of dismissal.
"Currently we are processing termination of employment with related individuals," he told VOI.
Regarding the problem of this damaged package, shooting her admitted that she had contacted the customer concerned to solve this problem.
"And of course this will be our evaluation to maintain professionalism in work," he said.
