Remember! Types Of Cars That Can Fill Pertalite, From The LCGC Segment To Low SUVs
YOGYAKARTA - The fuel oil subsidy program (BBM) is intended for people or users of certain groups of vehicles. However, the facts on the ground show that this subsidy is still not on target. So what types of cars can be filled with pertalite?
The government said firmly that the restrictions on the purchase of Pertalite and Solar Subsidies types had been regulated. Arifin Tasrif, Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources, said that discussions on the criteria for limiting pertalite and diesel subsidies had been congested and were just waiting for the revision of Presidential Regulation (Perpres) Number 191 of 2014 concerning Provision, Distribution and Retail Selling Prices of Oil Fuel.
"The criteria already exist, based on cars with certain cc criteria. It has narrowed the criteria, just wait. But the restrictions are still running, this is the government's way of using subsidized fuel on target," explained Minister Arifin on Tuesday (30/8).
Pertalite purchase restrictions will apply to types of cars with engine criteria above 1,500 cubic centimeters (cc) and motors above 250 cc. Minister Arifin hopes that luxury cars as referred to are self-aware, do not buy Pertalite and Solar Subsidies.
Vehicles, both cars and motorbikes with high engine power criteria, are not allowed to use subsidized fuel. This is a list of types of cars that can still be filled with Pertalite.
The type of car that is still allowed to fill Pertalite is the Low Cost Green Car (LCGC) segment car. The LCGC model cars have engine capacity below 1,500 cc or more precisely 1,200 cc.
However, even though they are still allowed to use Pertalite, LCGC cars are actually recommended to use Pertamax, Revvo 92, or Shell Super fuel.
The following is a list of cars in the LCGC segment that can be filled with pertalite: Toyota Agya, Toyota Calya, Honda Brio Satya, Daihatsu Ayla, Daihatsu Sigra.
The second type of car that is allowed to use pertalite is the Low MPV segment car. Almost all of these segment cars have a maximum engine capacity of 1,500 cc, generally 1,498 cc or 1,497 cc.
