JAKARTA - PT Pertamina Patra Niaga Regional Central Java confirms that the stock of fuel for both subsidized and non-subsidized fuel products in Central Java and Yogyakarta Special Region (DIY) is safe.

Area Manager of Communication, Relations & Corporate Social Responsibility for the Central Java Region of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Brasto Galih Nugroho explained, the high growth of the economy, tourism activities, and the existence of several large events held in Central Java and DIY also had an impact on increasing fuel consumption in Indonesia. the region.

"Currently, the average daily consumption of gasoline types (Pertalite and Pertamax Series) in Central Java is 11,283 kilo liters and for the DIY region the average daily consumption of gasoline is 1,809 kilo liters," said Brasto in his official statement, Thursday, August 25.

Brasto continued that there was an increase in Assignment fuel consumption (Pertalite) in 2022 compared to 2021 in Central Java and DIY, which was around 28 percent from the previous 8,586 kilo liters per day, currently to 11,025 kilo liters per day.

"However, the stock for Pertalite is very safe. As of August 23, the stock at Fuel Terminal Central Java and DIY is approaching 9 days (not including stock at refineries and ships). So people don't need to worry and we urge people to continue to buy fuel according to the requirements. needs," he continued.

He further added that currently the general stock of fuel at the Fuel Terminal in Central Java and DIY reaches 12 days and this figure does not include stocks at refineries and ships.

In addition to safe stock, Brasto added that Pertamina has also been equipped with a PICC (Pertamina Integrated Command Center) which can monitor the distribution and distribution process in real time such as monitoring sales or sales, monitoring available stock at gas stations, monitoring fuel receipts when loading and unloading from cars. tank (MT), and develop automatic scheduling in the delivery of fuel to gas stations.
