Bareskrim Polri Arrests Karawang Police Narcotics Officer: Enters Narcotics Network For Entertainment Places
JAKARTA - The Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police arrested the Karawang Police Narcotics Head AKP ENM. The first officer in the third level is said to be involved in a narcotics network at a nightclub.
"Yes, that's right, the person concerned has been detained," said the Director of Narcotics Crime at the National Police, Brigadier General Krisno H. Siregar in his statement, Tuesday, August 16.
This police officer was arrested at the Taman Sari Mahogani Apartment Basement, on Thursday, August 11.
The arrest of AKP ENM is the result of the development of drug trafficking in nightclubs.
At that time, the team from the Directorate of Drug Crimes at the National Police Bareskrim arrested several perpetrators who were part of a drug ring led by a person named Juki.
This network often supplies ecstasy to nightclubs in Bandung. Among others, F3X Club Bandung and FOX KTV Bandung.
Then do the development. As a result, it was discovered that two suspects, JS and RH, who had previously been arrested had supplied two thousand pills of ecstasy to Juki and ENM as the Head of Drugs at the Karawang Police.
"The suspect is Juki, the owner of THM FOX Club and F3X KTV Bandung with ENM's brother," he said.
With that basis and evidence, ENM was arrested. In fact, at the time of the arrest there were several items of evidence in the form of narcotics that were secured.
Some of them, namely, three packages of methamphetamine with a total weight of 101 grams, plastic clips containing 2 ecstasy pills, a set of shabu suction devices, and Rp27 million in cash.
Currently, AKP ENM has been named a suspect. However, the inspection process is still ongoing to thoroughly investigate the network.
