Police Arrest Airsoft Gun Shooter In Bali In A Viral Lexus Plate B

BADUNG - Police arrested the shooter who shot an airsoft gun that injured a woman named Ni Luh Putu Sukma Lusiana (32). The shooting occurred when the victim was crossing Ayunan Street, Abiansemal, Badung Regency, and Bali.

"The mode is that the reported (perpetrator) opened fire from inside the car so that it hit the windshield of the victim's helmet, causing the victim to suffer injuries", said the Head of Public Relations of the Badung Police, Iptu Ketut Sudana, Monday, August 15.

The shooting occurred when the victim who was riding a motorcycle crossed Ayunan Street, Abiansemal. At that time there was a white car Lexus plate B parked on the west side of the road.

While passing, the victim suddenly felt that she had been shot in the helmet. The victim's face was bloodied with holes in the helmet glass.

The victim reported this incident to the Badung Police. To this report, the perpetrator was arrested on Sunday, August 14.

"And members carry out investigations and check the crime scene in approximately 1x24 hours, we can reveal this. So last Sunday, we successfully identified the perpetrators and their vehicles. We have secured them and the weapons", said Badung Police Chief AKBP Leo Dedy Defretes.

"What we suspected there, we checked was that it was an airsoft gun, but the one with a long barrel was like a bird's-eye gun for shooting birds", he continued.

In addition to investigating the perpetrators of the shooting, the police are investigating plate B or the origin of the white luxury car from Jakarta, which is suspected to be a fake.

"We still suspect that the person concerned is using a fake number plate that does not match the vehicle", he said.
