While his situation at the club was still a polemic, De Jong actually enjoyed wakeboarding in Spain.

De Jong is not alone. He was accompanied by his fiancé, Mikky Kiemeney. The two decided to go on a "refreshing" trip.

An Instagram Story video shows De Jong gliding through the water while being pulled by a high-speed boat. The Dutch national team midfielder seemed to be in full control of the board.

Another photo shows De Jong intimately holding hands with Kiemeney. Both poses are perfect.

This trip can at least release the 25-year-old player's fatigue. Understandably, he is now confused with his future which has recently been in the spotlight.

Chelsea and Manchester United both want to sign De Jong. However, he actually really wanted to stay in Barcelona.

Reportedly, his salary worth 14 million pounds is still not paid Barcelona management. Instead, Barcelona are now threatening legal action unless he agrees to take a huge pay cut.
