Ganjar Asks The Deputy Regent Of Pemalang To Take Over The Government After The Supreme Mukti Gets OTT KPK
PEMALANG - Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo has instructed the Deputy Regent of Pemalang Mansyur Hidayat to immediately take over the government. Following the news that Pemalang Regent Mukti Agung was caught in the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) sting operation (OTT).
"Because yesterday there was news and my friends had published it, I immediately went down today to communicate with friends in the Regency Government and the Deputy Regent to immediately take over the government so that public services continue to run well," said Ganjar after consolidating with the Deputy Regent. Pemalang and his staff at Graha Sasana Bakti Praja, Pemalang Regent's Office, Friday 12 August.
Ganjar also advised the Deputy Regent and all levels of Pemalang Regency to stop bad and rotten practices. Is it related to values that are detrimental to society, such as corruption, collusion, nepotism (KKN) or matters of asking for commissions, managing projects, buying and selling positions, or anything like that?
"Stop bad and rotten practices. I have said many times that even the KPK itself has told us many times but it is still annoying. I really hope that you don't betray the people like this, don't betray them," he said.
According to Ganjar, the integrity pact was not only signed but actually felt and implemented. It is not only the physical appearance that can be seen but also properly listened to and seen with the eyes of the heart and internalized.
Ganjar added that today's incident is the right moment to improve. Therefore, he asked his friends from the Regency Government to immediately condition and organize his government. Ganjar together with the Inspectorate of Central Java Province will also assist in structuring the running of the government.
"It will be immediately consolidated, properly organized today, and this is the best momentum to fix it. Hopefully a meeting will be held today. This voice has actually been heard for a long time, so the KPK at the time of Korsupgah reminded all of us, if we are still nagging, we will definitely take action. I will accompany, the inspectorate will also assist, hopefully the government will run well," he explained.
Previously, Pemalang Regent Mukti Agung was caught by the OTT which was held by the KPK on Thursday, August 11. From this activity, a total of 23 people were taken to the KPK's Red and White Building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta.
