Currently, Bank DKI has also presented New JakOne Mobile with a more attractive and user friendly UI/UX display in meeting customer expectations, especially the millennial generation. As is known, until the July 2022 period, QRIS transactions through Bank DKI's JakOne Mobile grew 29.42 percent (yoy) to 477,262 compared to the July 2021 period of 368,746. In addition to QRIS transactions, as of July 2022, the number of JakOne Mobile users has also reached 1.7 million users, with a nominal transaction amount of more than Rp11 trillion, and a transaction volume of 12 million transactions.
Besides JakOne Mobile, Bank DKI also invites MSME players to develop their business by becoming agents through the JakOne Abank application. JakOne Abank is an officeless banking service where Bank DKI is present through an agent using a Mobile Point of Sale (MPOS) device for paying taxes and levies, paying bills. By becoming an agent of JakOne Abank, MSME players can serve various banking transactions and earn commissions from each transaction.
Bank DKI has also developed a Digital Lending application as a solution in providing access to capital for business actors which is certainly good for accelerating economic growth, especially in DKI Jakarta.
As a bank that gives full attention to the development of MSMEs, Bank DKI also participates in the People's Business Credit program.
