LPSK Still Awaiting Submission Justice Collaborator Bharada E

JAKARTA - The Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK) plans to hold a meeting with the Criminal Investigation Police investigator regarding the submission of Bharada E, the suspect in the murder case of Brigadier J as a Justice Collaborator (JC).

"Yes, we meet the investigator first, and we will ask to meet Bharada E at the same time after we meet the investigator," said LPSK spokesman Rully Novian to reporters, Monday, August 8.

Meanwhile, regarding JC, Rully explained, in the context of people being appointed or playing a role in JC, basically there are three main things that are received, namely protection, special treatment, and awards.

"Protection, of course we have a protection scheme to things such as securing, eating, separation of detention rooms, file splicing or separation of case files in special treatment," he said.

The second, he continued, is an appreciation to the person concerned for his statement

"His statement is that if later he can dismantle or help investigators, prove the involvement of other parties, and that is consistent until the court, of course he will get an award," he explained.

While the intended award is, being prosecuted lightly and sentenced to a lighter sentence than other perpetrators.

"It is regulated by Law 31 of 2014," he said.

Previously, through a legal representative, Bharada E confirmed that he would file a JC Bharada E question, LPSK said it was still waiting for submissions.
