Bharada E Ordered By His Superiors To Shoot Brigadier J, Legal Counsel: Can You Guess Who The Boss Is

JAKARTA - The special team (timsus) of the National Police has named Richard Eliezir Pudihang Lumiu alias Bharada E as a suspect in the murder of Brigadier J. The team of lawyers stated that Bharada E received orders from his superiors to shoot.

"They were told to shoot. Shoot, shoot, that's it," said lawyer Bharada E, M. Burhanuddin to VOI, Monday, August 8.

However, Burhanuddin was reluctant to directly mention the superior of Bharada E in question.

He only said that Brigadier J had been ordered to shoot by his superiors.

"Our superiors can already guess who the boss is," he said.

Allegedly, the official in question is Inspector General Ferdy Sambo. This is because the National Police had stated that Bharada E was an aide to the two-star general.

In fact, it was emphasized that at the time of the murder of Brigadier J, Ferdy Sambo was at the scene. However, the location of the shooting was not disclosed.

"(Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, ed) It was at the location," said Burhanuddin.

Brigadier J died at the shelter for the Head of the Propam Division of the National Police Inspector General Ferdy Sambo in the Duren Tiga area, South Jakarta, on Friday, July 8.

In this case, the National Police team has named two suspects. They were Richard Eliezir Pudihang Lumiu or Bharada E and Brigadier Ricky Rizal.

Brigadier Ricky Rizal or Brigadier RR is the aide to the wife of Inspector General Ferdy Sambo. Brigadier RR was charged with premeditated murder, the threat of which is regulated in Article 340 of the Criminal Code, subsidiary to Article 338 in conjunction with Article 55 and Article 56 of the Criminal Code. In contrast to Bharada E, who was charged with murder under Article 338 of the Criminal Code.

Investigators confirmed that the Director of General Crimes at the National Police Bareskrim Brigadier General Andi Rian Djajadi already had sufficient evidence as the basis for determining the suspect under the article of premeditated murder. The RR Brigadier was immediately detained at the Criminal Investigation Unit of the Police.
