This Man Is Nicknamed 'Baby Ken Doll', Spend IDR 1 Billion For Plastic Surgery

JAKARTA - Tyler Dyvig, a 23-year-old man, vows that he will never stop doing plastic surgery. Until now, he has spent 56 thousand pounds, equivalent to Rp1 billion.

Dyvig had her first botox injection at the age of 15, after hearing about the benefits of starting the procedure at a young age.

Now, the influencer from North Carolina, United States has undergone chest augmentation, bicep implants, hair transplants, and even fillers.

This plastic surgery fan has 37,800 followers on Instagram. He often shows off his plastic surgery journey on social media.

Tyler even prioritizes plastic surgery over buying luxury items.

"When I had the first procedure, I found a doctor who was doing a sale, so I made an appointment and lied about my age," said Tyler was quoted by the Daily Star, Sunday, November 15.

"I have 20 units of Botulin inserted into my forehead. I remember how excited I was when I left the doctor's office.

"The following month I was 16 years old and my lips were done with surgery. I think it has always been one of my biggest insecurities because, as a child, I smashed my lips and the scar tissue grew making my lips uneven."

Tyler's parents paid for their son's lip injections when he turned 16. However, now he is solely responsible for the finance of other operations.

"I have a few extra costs and I can save and invest. I work really hard and instead of buying a new car or expensive designer stuff, I'm living below my means and I'm saving."

Depicting her classy looks, Tyler's goal is to look her best while maintaining a natural image.

He explains: "You look in the media and you see so many people who have had so many surgeries that they almost look like aliens.

"Every time I have surgery, I tell my surgeon 'if the implant looks too big for my frame, then take it out and put in a smaller one'.

And if you thought Tyler was almost done with his surgery, that's where you are wrong. The influencer has planned several other facial and body make-up procedures.

"Right now, I'm working on a full jaw / chin implant as well as a three-part shoulder implant. With a shoulder implant, I need to be careful about the size because if I'm too big I have a high chance of having complications," Tyler concluded.
