Completing The Examination, Brigadier J's Lawyer Calls Timsus Closed: Why Are You Still Afraid? Just Answer

JAKARTA - Lawyer for the family of Nopryansah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J, Kamaruddin Simanjuntak said investigators from the special team (timsus) seemed closed to the development of handling the bloody incident that occurred at Inspector General Ferdy Sambo's halfway house.

This statement was made by Kamaruddin after undergoing examination as a witness reporting the alleged premeditated murder.

"They are closed, it's a simple thing we ask where the clothes are now, no one dares to answer," said Kamaruddin to reporters, Tuesday, August 2.

In fact, according to him, in this case, Inspector General Ferdy Sambo, who is suspected of being involved, has been temporarily disabled by the National Police Chief, General Listyo Sigit Prabowo, from his positions as Head of the Propam and Kasatgasus Division.

Moreover, President Joko Widodo has also asked the Police not to cover up the disclosure of the case.

"Why are you still afraid, just answer," he said.

"The constitution says it's open, the law says it's open, why are you still afraid," continued Kamarudin.

However, the Timsus investigation team actually asked Kamaruddin to write a letter to the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police, Komjen Agus Ardianto, regarding this matter. So, in the near future the attorney will do it.

"Earlier they said, the mid-level officers said it would be better if Surati brother just go to the Criminal Investigation Unit. We'll write to him later asking about that," said Kamaruddin.

For information, the Criminal Investigation Police of the National Police withdrew all police reports (LP) regarding the bloody incident that killed Brigadier J.

In an effort to investigate this case, the Police have carried out several investigative steps. One of them is the process of exhumation and re-autopsy of the body of Brigadier J.

A re-autopsy was carried out because there was a request from the family who believed there was an element of premeditated murder behind the case.

The autopsy process on Brigadier J's body will be carried out at the Sungai Bahar Regional General Hospital (RSUD), Muaro Jambi.

Then, the National Police team has also carried out a ballistic test at Inspector General Ferdy Sambo's halfway house at the National Police Complex, Duren Tiga, South Jakarta.

The goal, to ensure the angle and range of fire. Then, ascertain the number of shots that occurred behind the bloody incident.
