Coming To The KPK, The Director Of Jiwasraya Discusses The Restructuring Of The Rp20 Billion Insurance Policy Owned By KPK Employees

JAKARTA - The President Director of PT Asuransi Jiwasraya Hexana Tri Sasongko visited the Red and White building of the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) to discuss the restructuring of insurance policies belonging to KPK employees with a nominal value of up to tens of billions.

"Everything has been restructured. We have rescued the policy through restructuring and then transferred to a new company where it is filled in there. All policies are combined," said Hexana to reporters at the KPK's Red and White building, Kuningan Persada, South Jakarta, Friday, November 13.

He said that the nominal of the insurance policy reached IDR 20 billion. According to the plan, the policy will be assigned to a new company, namely Indonesia Finance Group (IFG), which is a holding company owned by the Ministry of BUMN.

However, he did not know how many KPK employees had insurance policies at Jiwasraya. However, he confirmed that the restructuring process was almost complete.

"So what is saved by the policy, yes. The benefits will be obtained normally again after the policy has been transferred there," he said.

It is known that since last August, the new management of PT Asuransi Jiwasraya has been updating the data. This is done because it is related to the implementation of the Jiwasraya insurance policy rescue program which will be socialized in the near future.

Along with these efforts, the government as the shareholder of Jiwasraya has also prepared a State Capital Participation (PMN) worth IDR 22 trillion to the Indonesia Financial Group (IFG) or what was formerly known as PT Indonesia Business Development Agency (Persero).

Furthermore, the PMN will be used by IFG to establish a company called IFG Life which is engaged in life insurance, health and financial institution management. The insurance policy from Jiwasraya, which has been restructured, will be transferred from Jiwasraya to the new company.
