The Crowded Visitors Of Citayam Fashion Week Must Be Maximized To Intensify Booster Vaccines
JAKARTA - DKI Jakarta Deputy Governor Ahmad Riza Patria asked Citayam Fashion Week (CFW) visitors to carry out the third dose of vaccination to protect them from the COVID-19 virus.
"The momentum of crowds is also used for vaccines," said Riza at the Jakarta City Hall, Monday, July 25.
Deputy Governor Riza said, the crowds in the CFW area should be used to intensify the COVID-19 vaccination.
Even so, he still asked the public to maintain health protocols, one of which was wearing masks to reduce the impact of contracting COVID-19.
"Be careful now (cases of COVID-19), want 'Fashion Week', everyone will come later and they will all get infected. Be careful, everyone is taken care of their health," added Riza.
Meanwhile, the ranks of the DKI Health Office opened a mass vaccination service at the Kendal Tunnel, which is close to Citayam Fashion Week.
A number of CFW visitors also participated in utilizing this service.

Based on data from the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government as of Sunday (24/7) as many as 27.669 people carried out the third dose of vaccination, thus increasing the total number of people in DKI who had been vaccinated with the third dose to 4.4 million people.
Meanwhile, the number of people who had been vaccinated with the first dose reached 12.5 million or 124.8 percent of the target of 10 million people and the second dose reached 10.7 million people.
Meanwhile, the number of active cases that were treated and isolated on Sunday (24/7) increased by 491 cases bringing the total to 20.465 cases and the number of positive cases increased to 2.151 cases.
The percentage of positive cases in DKI reached 17.3 percent with the total number of people tested for PCR swabs over the past week reaching 101 thousand people or already exceeding the World Health Organization (WHO) standard for Jakarta per week reaching 10.645 people.
