Kombes Yandri Elected Inspector General Fadil To Be Head Of South Jakarta Police To Replace Kombes Budhi Who Was Dragged In The Bloody Incident Brigadier J
JAKARTA - Metro Jaya Police Chief Inspector General Fadil Imran has appointed a replacement for Commissioner Budhi Herdi Susianto as the South Jakarta Metro Police Chief.
Commissioner Budhi Herdi Susianto has been deactivated by the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo in the aftermath of the bloody incident that killed Brigadier J.
"The Chief of Police has appointed Commissioner Pol Yandri Irsan, who is currently at Dirpamobvit as Acting Chief of the South Jakarta Police", said Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Commissioner E. Zulpan to reporters, Thursday, July 21.
This appointment was based on a warrant numbered 158/VII/Kep/2022 dated July 21, 2022.
So, from now until an undetermined time, Commissioner Yandri Irsan will serve as the South Jakarta Metro Police Chief.
"Thus, this order will take effect from today at the South Jakarta Metro Police, the new Plt will be implemented", said Commissioner Zulpan.
Previously, the National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo decided to temporarily deactivate two of his members following the death of Nopryansah Yosua Hutabarat alias Brigadier J. The two were Karo Paminal Propam Polri Brigadier General Hendra Kurniawan and the South Jakarta Police Chief Commissioner Budhi Herdi Susianto.
"Tonight, the National Police Chief has decided to deactivate two people. The first is Karo Paminal Brigadier General Hendra Kurniawan. The second is the South Jakarta Police Chief, Commissioner Budhi Herdi", said Head of the Public Relations Division of the National Police Inspector General Dedi Prasetyo
The deactivation of these two Polri officers is to maintain independence and transparency in the investigation of the bloody incident that killed Brigadier J in the police shooting case.
