Reasons For Brigadier J's Lawyers For Not Reporting Bharada RE In Case Of Alleged Premeditated Murder: Not One But Could Be Three People

JAKARTA - The attorney for the family of Brigadier J alias Nopryansah Yosua Hutabarat is reluctant to directly appoint the parties involved in the alleged premeditated murder he reported, including Bharada RE. Because it is suspected that there is more than one person involved in this bloody incident.

"According to our calculations based on the facts, it is almost impossible for the person concerned to do this or at least according to our estimation there are several people, not just one person, it could be more than two or three people", said Kamaruddin Simanjuntak to reporters, Monday, July 18.

Allegations of involvement of many people behind the death of Brigadier J based on the number of scars. For example, gunshot wounds to incisions.

Therefore, it is reasonable to suspect that several parties were involved in abusing Brigadier J behind the series of bloody incidents.

"Because there is a role in wearing a gun, a role in hitting, there is a role in injuring with a sharp weapon, maybe even with a bayonet, or with a long barrel", he explained.

Then, continued Kamaruddin, the number of scars further strengthened the suspicion that Brigadier J died not because of a gunfight. But there was an incident of persecution first.

"So with so many injuries, we are very sure this was a premeditated murder", said Kamaruddin.
