Skipping Checks 2 Times, Medina Zein Was Picked Up By The Police
JAKARTA - Polda Metro Jaya decided to forcibly pick up Medina Zein. This is because he was absent from the examination twice as a suspect in the alleged defamation case.
"Medina Zein has been forcibly picked up with a warrant," said the Head of Public Relations of the Polda Metro Jaya Kombes E. Zulpan when confirmed, Thursday, July 7.
However, there was no detail regarding the location of Medina Zein being forcibly taken to the Metro Police. It was only conveyed that this celebgram would be taken to the Kramat Jati Police Hospital to undergo a medical examination first.
"Then he was taken to the Kramat Jati Police Hospital for rikkes (health checks, ed)," said Zulpan.
If the medical examination is complete, Medina Zein will be handed over to the South Jakarta District Attorney. This is because the alleged defamation case that established him as a suspect has been declared complete or P21.
"Then proceed with the second phase of the campaign to the Prosecutor's Office for the South Jakarta District Attorney's Office," said Zulpan.
For information, Medina Zein was reported by Uci Flowdea on suspicion of threatening acts. The report is registered with the report number LP/B/5025/X/2021/SPKT/POLDA METRO JAYA.
Medina was reported to be related to the alleged criminal act of coercion with the threat of violence through electronic media, Article 27 Paragraph (4) in conjunction with Article 45 Paragraph (4) of the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 19 of 2016 Amendment to the Republic of Indonesia Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning ITE and or Article 335 of the Criminal Code.
Later, Medina Zein was also reported by Marissya Icha regarding allegations of slander and defamation through electronic media. Medina was reported with Articles 310 and 311 of the Criminal Code and or Article 27 paragraph (3) of Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning ITE.
