The Ball For Qatar 2022 World Cup Produced In Madiun
JAKARTA - Indonesia will play an important role in the Qatar 2022 World Cup. The official ball for the grand event on earth was actually produced in Madiun, East Java. This information is known from the upload of the Governor of East Java Khofifah Indar Parawansa on her Instagram.
"This is the ball that will be used in the 2022 World Cup competition in Qatar," wrote Khofifah in the upload caption accompanying the moment she visited the ball production site called Al Rihla.
The ball can be produced in Madiun after Adidas as the brand sponsoring the World Cup entrusted PT Global Way Indonesia (GWI) Madiun to be the producer.

Khofifah hopes that in the future Indonesia's participation will not only be a producer of balls that will be kicked by green field stars. If possible, the Indonesian national team can also participate in the four-year event.
"Hopefully the next World Cup, not just football, the Indonesian national team can also compete," she continued.
The 2022 World Cup will take place from November 21 to December 18. A total of 32 countries have got tickets for the final round of the most prestigious championship.
