Rewards For Being Marginalized, Rewards For Being Loved

JAKARTA - The term Ganjar Pranowo seems to be marginalized, but it's also unfortunate that it may be a term in the midst of the 2024 presidential election frenzy. With a high level of electability or electability, Ganjar Pranowo certainly cannot be underestimated.

But unfortunately, the PDI Perjuangan, where Ganjar Pranowo 'serves' in a political career, is considered pro Ganjar, as if marginalizing him from the contestation market which is arguably just around the corner.

The latest from the rules for the 2024 presidential election, presidential candidates must register themselves in mid-late October until November 25, 2023.

Even though it's bright in terms of electability, the ripples about Ganjar still surface. The issue of strained relations with the Chair of the DPR, which incidentally was the Chair of the PDIP DPP, Puan Maharani, blew up.

The PDIP elite responded to all the achievements through sigi photo shoots from various survey institutions. The point remains one, questioning the choice of 'Ibu Ketum' Megawati Soeekarnoputri.

Volunteer matters are mentioned “later”, not decisive. Because once again, Ibu Ketum's orders through the party mechanism have become the party's internal reference bearing the white-nosed bull.

"Assuming is difficult. So we are moving in the field. Elections are a reality, not fantasy, not imagining," said PDI-P Deputy Secretary General Arif Wibowo to reporters at the Grand Paragon Hotel, Jakarta, Tuesday, June 14.

Even so, PDIP will not turn a blind eye to the results of the existing survey. Later, the existing statistics will be used as a winning strategy.

"That there are surveys, there are theories, there are concepts and so on, we will mix everything into one winning strategy," he said.

Arif reiterated that PDIP is currently waiting for the decision of its general chairman, Megawati Soekarnoputri. At the right time, who the presidential candidate (candidate) is being promoted will certainly be announced.

PDIP, he continued, will not be affected by the voices of volunteers who carry certain names such as Ganjar. "The constitution of our party, the authority to determine candidates for president, vice president, ministers, deputy ministers is the prerogative of the general chairman," said Arif.

It may be that after the PDIP elite was bustling, which can be adequately described by Arif Wibowo's statement regarding the presidential election in Megawati's hands, no non-party elements were affected.

What was Ganjar Pranowo's response?

Intentionally or not, it can be said that Jokowi skipped a question that was coded as supported at the Jokpro volunteer work meeting in Magelang, Saturday, May 21, 2022, strengthening the confidence of Jokowi's voters in the two previous presidential elections.

Ganjar Pranowo's response after that?

Manut, if the term Java refers to obedient which is commonly referred to in everyday life. Obedient Mrs. Mega, in short.

Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo confirmed that he would follow directions from the PDI-P General Chair Megawati Soekarnoputri. Including if he is not carried in the 2024 Presidential Election (Pilpres).

He conveyed this in response to the possibility that he would not be nominated in the upcoming 2024 presidential election. As a cadre, continued Ganjar, he will be upright with all party decisions.

"Everything is straight to the decision," Ganjar told reporters at the PDIP Party School, Lenteng Agung, Jakarta, Friday, June 17.

Ganjar said Megawati as party chairperson had the prerogative to nominate certain names.

"That has been the decision of the congress (the fifth PDIP congress, ed). That is the full prerogative of the general chairwoman," he said.

As if Marginalized, but Still Loved?

It is possible that there are allegations, analysis, or political observations of Ganjar Pranowo being marginalized within his internal party—although this is denied by the PDIP elite. After all, in fact, Ganjar Pranowo is still loved.

It's a shame that political attention is given here in the 2024 presidential election. The first political party to mention Ganjar Pranowo's name as one of the 2024 presidential candidates was only NasDem.

Indeed, NasDem, created by the boss of Media Group, Surya Paloh, mentioned 3 names. Besides Ganjar, there are DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan and TNI Commander General Andika Perkasa.

Chairman of the DPP NasDem Party, Surya Paloh, emphasized that his party wants to nominate the best presidential candidate for the interests of the Indonesian nation.

"If whatever is best for this nation, the candidate we support, is elected, and then forgets about NasDem, well, that's our fate," said Surya Paloh when closing the NasDem National Working Meeting (Rakernas) at the Jakarta Convention Center (JCC) Senayan, Jakarta, Friday, 17 June.

The results of the recommendation of the NasDem National Work Meeting decided and determined DKI Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan, Central Java Governor Ganjar Pranowo, and TNI Commander General Andika Perkasa as presidential candidates to be promoted by the NasDem Party.

"I will open the results of the National Working Meeting recommendations addressed to me, decide and determine the recommendations for the presidential candidate for the Republic of Indonesia which will be carried by the NasDem party in 2024," said Paloh.

Paloh then mentioned the names of the presidential candidates, namely: first, Anies Baswedan; second, Muhammad Andika Perkasa; third, Ganjar Pranowo.

"I remind you, there are no less than three names, the value is the same, the qualifications are the same. Only the order is different, 1, 2, and 3," said Surya Paloh in front of tens of thousands of NasDem cadres.
