"We then carried out research to find out whether after the pandemic OFD services will still be in demand considering there is a change in behavior where people have started to return to work in the office, have activities outside the home and there is relaxation of regulations when traveling. The answer we got from this research is that the public still interested in OFD services because of the convenience and convenience it offers," he explained.

Responding to the results of this study, Dr. Handyanto Widjojo as Research Fellow, Southeast Strategics said, "Even though the research was conducted during a pandemic, I think some of the things mentioned earlier, such as convenience and convenience, will still be considered by consumers in the next period because these habits have been formed, especially for existing things. to do with food."

This research on OFD services uses face-to-face interviews by trained interviewers, with a total of 1200 respondents spread across six cities, which was conducted from 10 to 14 January 2022. The research also has a 95% confidence level, with a margin of error or MoE +/- 2.8 percent.
