Della Dartyan Learns Sincerely If You Have To Be Polygamous

JAKARTA - Actress Della Dartyan admitted that she learned a lot from the character Naya, who she played in the film In the Name of Heaven, especially about sincerity. The film in the name of Heaven is a romantic drama film that tells the story of the meeting of Naya (Della Dartyan) and Attar (Miqdad Addausy) when both of them lose their loved ones.

Naya must lose her fiancé who is the father of the baby in her womb due to a tragic accident, while Attar loses his lover, Salwa (Amanda Rigby), who is forced to marry the man of his father's choice.

Five years later, Attar, who has married Naya, reunites with Salwa, who almost commits suicide because she feels that her parents cannot protect her from her abusive husband. Their old story was opened again.

Attar tries to help Salwa, but without realizing it, it actually brings chaos in his household with Naya. Is polygamy the best choice for them?

"From Naya's figure, I learned about sincerity. That's what I got the most from," said Della Dartyan, quoted from ANTARA, Friday, June 10.

He said, love is a universal feeling and one can actually learn about sincerity from love. Unfortunately, not everyone can be sincere, especially when loved ones reconnect with their past. That's what Della said he found in the figure of Naya.

In addition to sincerity, Della also said she learned that women must be brave to speak their heart.

"Naya knows what she is doing, she is also firm. I learned that how a woman can voice her heart," said Della.

"Naya, if she doesn't agree with something, she will be firm. She will be firm with what she is doing. If you really want to leave me, then just leave it," he continued.

For information, the character Naya, played by Della in the film "In the Name of Heaven" is a wife who has to face the fact that her husband, Attar (Miqdad Addausy), is back in touch with his ex-lover, Salwa (Amanda Rigby). Even though Attar only intends to help Salwa, but it turns out to bring chaos in his household with Naya.

Through the film In the Name of Heaven, Della said that the audience would see two women with two different views on polygamy. "Salwa and Naya have different views. So friends can choose which views are more suitable with us," said Della.

Regarding her hijab appearance in the film, Della admitted that it was a very interesting and enjoyable first experience for her.

"This is my first experience wearing a hijab, it's really interesting. Because this is new for me, I enjoy it. I'm really happy that I wear a hijab and wear comfortable Muslim clothes," he said.

Film in the Name of Heaven is a film directed by Shen Entertainment and Bluewater Films, produced by Melia Indriati and Fransen Susanto as executive producers. Directed by Adis Kayl Yurahmah and written by Goldeva, In the Name of Heaven will air from June 16, 2022 in four countries namely Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei Darussalam.
