Commander Andika Gives Advice While Stroking TNI Member's Hair Gunshot Wounds Papuan KKB Victim: Should Not Be In The Combat Unit Again

JAKARTA - The TNI Commander General Andika Perkasa visited two gunshot wounds who were being treated at the Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital. Both Praka Zubaidi and Serda Sudirno were shot by the Papuan Armed Criminal Group (KKB) in Ilaga.

Andika hopes that the two soldiers will recover quickly. He also encouraged while calming the soldier for the pain he was experiencing. Andika said both of them were being treated at the Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital, which was complete and had a team of qualified doctors.

Andika said the entire team of doctors at the Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital had worked hard to provide the best for the healing and treatment of the two soldiers. He also advised the soldiers who were undergoing treatment to keep their spirits up and get up soon.

The former Army Chief of Staff (Kasad) promised to move Praka Zubaidi to a place closer to his family.

"To be more comfortable, maybe the most suitable, maybe the closest to the family. In what unit? But my advice should not be in a combat unit anymore," said Andika.

During the visit, Andika also encouraged Zubaidi to continue his education when he had recovered from a gunshot wound.

Praka Zubaidi suffered a gunshot wound to his face, to the right of his nose and to his left upper lip. As a result, Praka Zubaidi's right eye went blind.

Meanwhile, Second Sergeant Sudirno suffered a gunshot wound to the right elbow.

Both of them are currently undergoing intensive treatment at the Gatot Soebroto Army Hospital. Similar to Praka Zubaidi, Andika will also move Second Sergeant Sudirno to a place closer to his family.
