Erick Thohir Streamline Number Of BULOG Directors: Budi Waseso Remains At The Lead
JAKARTA - The Ministry of BUMN has overhauled the board of directors of Perum BULOG by submitting a copy of the Decree of the Minister of BUMN Number: SK-341 / MBU / 10/2020 concerning the dismissal and appointment of members of the Board of Directors of the Public Company (Perum) BULOG.
Submission and reading of copies was carried out by the Assistant Deputy for the Food and Fertilizer Industry of the Ministry of BUMN Imam Paryanto and was attended by the Directors of Perum BULOG online.
In a copy of the decree, BUMN Minister Erick Thohir as the government's representative as the owner of Perum BULOG's capital honorably dismissed Tri Wahyudi Saleh as Director of Operations and Public Services, Triyana as Director of Finance, Bachtiar Utomo as Director of Business and Industrial Development, Mansur as Director of Commercial, and Wibisono Poespitohadi as Director of Procurement.
Furthermore, in the copy, the Minister of BUMN appointed Mokhamad Suyamto as Director of Supply Chain and Public Services, Febby Novita as Director of Business, Purnomo Sinar Hadi as director of Human Capital and Bagya Mulyanto previously served as Director of Human Resources and General being transferred to Director of Finance.
Thus, the composition of the Board of Directors of a Public Company (Perum) BULOG is as follows:
1. Budi Waseso as President Director
2. Gatot Trihargo as Deputy President Director
3. Bagya Mulyanto as Finance Director
4. Mokhamad Suyamto as Director of Supply Chain and Public Services
5. Febby Novita as Business Director
6. Purnomo Sinar Hadi as Director of Human Capital
The Corporate Secretary of Perum BULOG Awaludin Iqbal in his statement said that the Decree on the replacement of the Board of Directors was read out on Wednesday, March 21 through the Zoom Meeting by the Ministry of BUMN. He expressed his gratitude for the hard work and dedication of the former directors of Perum BULOG so far.
Awaludin Iqbal added that there was a change in the nomenclature of positions where previously the Director of Operations and Public Services changed to the Director of Supply Chain and Public Services (merging the Directorate of Procurement and the Directorate of Public Service Operations), the Director of Business and Industrial Development to the Director of Business (Merging the Commercial Directorate and the Business Development Directorate and Industry), Director of Human Resources and General Affairs became Director of Human Capital.
"In addition to changes in nomenclature, the number of directors at BULOG has now changed from eight to six people. So the change in nomenclature of directors has also streamlined the number of directors in Perum BULOG," added Iqbal.
