JAKARTA - The Bern Maritime Police Chief said that the search for the son of West Java Governor Ridwan Kamil, Emmeril Kahn Mumtadz or Eril on the Aare river, Bern city is still focused on the area between the two floodgates, as well as intensive patrols in the area after the second floodgate.

According to the forecast, the weather conditions in the city of Bern in the next few days are predicted to be rainy, with thunderstorms in mountainous areas. This will greatly affect the condition of the water in the Aare river.

The Bern Maritime Police will continue their intensive search tomorrow with the same methods as before: land patrols, boats, and drones. The decision to use divers is very situational because of the uncertain natural conditions.

Apart from continuing to closely monitor the search by the Maritime Police, Eril's parents, Mr. Ridwan Kamil and Ms. Atalia, also continue to make independent efforts to directly examine several potential points along the banks of the Aare river. The route taken by Eril's parents includes a land route and several water areas that are still safe for humans to explore.
